“My 2nd visit to Loire Valley. Love castles and experience. It could have been much better if the tour guide, Riti, showed up to support the group. Instead she was abrasive and seemed irritated with the group. Certainly not a warm & sensitive approach. I only use Viator for tours when traveling. This was disappointing.”
